For breakfast you can enjoy fresh eggs from the farm chickens. Fresh herbs and vegetables of the season are at your disposal upon request (subject to availability). The in-house bakery service will daily deliver fresh bread from the bakery in Ega. In the vicinity you will also find shops, typical South Tyrolean inns and pizzerias.

The farm Stuppnerhof since many years arranges its energy supply from an ecological point of view and is virtually self-sufficient in the supply. A solar system and wood heating provide hot water and heating. In the summer, a small, water-powered electricity plant delivers power to the farm. The drinking water comes from the source Gerold, which rises in the forest, about a mile from the farm. The farm Stuppnerhof is an impressive example of closed material and energy cycles in the sense of a sustainable self-sufficiency.
